RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We value you as a customer and want you to be happy with your purchase. 

Providing the item has not been worn and is in it's original condition with tags still attached, we can accept a return for exchange, credit or refund.  This must be received within 30 days of date of purchase and are accompanied by a copy of the return authorisation email

Return of items

To arrange a return please email us at info@thewoodenhangar.com and include your order details with a brief description in regards to the reason for your return.

We will contact you via email with the return authorisation, and we ask that you then package the item safely and send to the address given to you via email. 

We recommend using a prepaid service that offers tracking such as Australia Post satchels.

Customers are responsible for all return postage costs for change of mind exchanges.

Faulty garments/items
If you have received a faulty garment/item from an online order, please contact our Customer Service Department on 0423 892 090 or info@thewoodenhangar.com 

The Wooden Hangar will reimburse any reasonable shipping charges for return of goods that are deemed faulty.
